Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity

We are working with a leading Main Contractor who is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a New Build Commercial project in Oxford.

The successful candidate will work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a project valued at over £50m, developing and encouraging project team performance to ensure main contractual obligations are executed and regularly reviewed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the project's financial aspects, including external valuations and cash flow.
  • Collaborating with the Commercial Manager to agree and produce main and subcontract final accounts.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize project value.

Requirements:

  • Experience working for a UK Main Contractor.
  • New Build experience.
  • Ambition to progress to Quantity Surveyor.
