About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for overseeing the large payroll function and ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the payroll team to maximize system utilization while processing for over 3,000 employees.
  • Serve as the payroll systems and processes expert, advising on technical and legislative matters.
  • Manage payroll reporting and payments for HMRC and other jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
  • Approve and reconcile HMRC and third-party payments, such as pensions and employee benefits.
  • Oversee payroll systems, advise HR on upgrades, and support internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Payroll Manager role, leading a team of 3.
  • Oracle experience essential.
  • Experience bringing an outsourced payroll in-house.
  • Available to start immediately.
