As a key contributor, you will oversee the testing of our Business Continuity initiatives, ensuring their effectiveness and pinpointing areas for improvement to bolster organizational resilience.
Your thorough understanding of regional business continuity regulations will keep you informed of industry standards, allowing for seamless integration into our operational practices.
You will lead the assessment and revision of our Business Impact Analysis (BIA) across various regions, evaluating recovery needs and potential business impacts during disruptions. Furthermore, you will enhance our Business Continuity Plans, reflecting any modifications in business operations and recovery strategies, ensuring our systems are appropriately equipped for challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for BCM planning, leveraging advanced software to create effective and innovative strategies that ensure operational continuity and resilience.
- Propel the ongoing development and sophistication of the BCM program by providing valuable insights, refining its content, and remaining aligned with industry best practices.
- Lead the evaluation of Business Continuity initiatives, assessing their effectiveness and identifying enhancements to improve readiness for potential disruptions.
- Maintain awareness of regional business continuity regulatory requirements and integrate them into our operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Initiate and manage the review and enhancement of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) across multiple regions, evaluating recovery needs and business impacts to ensure optimal response capabilities.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to incorporate changes in business operations and recovery needs, ensuring Business Continuity Plans accurately reflect the evolving demands of the organization.
- Foster a culture of preparedness and awareness by providing training, guidance, and support to team members, promoting a proactive approach to business continuity.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Business Continuity Management, with a successful history of implementing BCM strategies in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of BCM planning methodologies, tools, and frameworks, with an emphasis on utilizing technology solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of regional business continuity regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and adapting strategies as necessary.
- Proficient in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and developing recovery requirements to assess and mitigate potential business disruptions.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate testing exercises for Business Continuity Plans, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a capacity for critical and creative thinking in dynamic environments, effectively managing risks and enhancing resilience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive alignment and promote a culture of business continuity.
