We are seeking experienced and passionate Registered Midwives to join our team on our maternity inpatient ward at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for confident and motivated midwives to work autonomously within a Multi-Disciplinary Team to provide compassionate and personalised care across our inpatient setting, making a real difference to experience and outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, safe midwifery care during the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods on the inpatient ward.
- Work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to provide evidence-based and holistic care to women and babies.
- Participate in audit and service development/Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Registered Midwife with current NMC registration.
- Degree or diploma in Midwifery.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
