Job Title: Account Manager (Print Management)

About the Role: As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in helping our client grow and prosper by earning and retaining customers' trust, respect, and advocacy through excellent service delivery to designated customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on print management solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our client's products.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in print management or a related field, with a strong understanding of online ordering systems, including Web To Print. They will be able to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, and have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
