Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee our dynamic Electric Vehicle (EV) division at our headquarters. This role is essential in ensuring that our production goals are consistently met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing workshop personnel, monitoring production performance, and generating key performance indicators (KPIs) for upper management's review. While the primary schedule will be during the day, flexibility to support late shifts may be required on occasion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly production targets as outlined in the production plan.
- Supervise and coordinate the EV production team.
- Oversee inventory levels of components and batteries on-site.
- Manage and address issues related to faulty modules.
- Compile and report KPIs for EV production activities.
