Job Title: EV Production Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding Electric Vehicle (EV) department, where you will play a crucial role in the repair and remanufacturing of Electric Vehicle Battery Packs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and remanufacture battery packs for various customers
  • Prepare modules for repair and ensure they are stored correctly
  • Load and unload lorries and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Ensure batteries, modules, and parts are ready according to the production plan
  • Follow established processes and procedures to a high standard
