About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team at Cotswold Spa, a specialist eating disorder clinic for young people aged 13-17 years and young adults aged 18-25 years.

As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to service users, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Be responsible for the mentorship and support of team members
  • Observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation
  • A positive attitude and a natural ability to care for and support others
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
