About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Assistant Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen Team at Bupa. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative and nutritious menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team in preparing and serving high-quality food, ensuring exceptional presentation and taste.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute special events, seasonal activities, and themed dining experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies, and procedures, while maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Manage kitchen budgets, orders, and deliveries, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
