We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Team Manager to lead our Dermatology Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring that clinical work is delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Dermatology team, ensuring the coordination of services and the effective use of resources.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that clinical governance and quality monitoring are maintained.
- Develop and implement new models of care, working collaboratively with the senior team to ensure that services develop as needed.
- Ensure that systems and processes are in place to maintain patient safety and quality of care.
- Facilitate the development of clinical expertise and advanced clinical practice within the team.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Leadership skills and experience of managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expert assessment, analytical, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Significant experience as a specialist or senior clinician in a community or acute setting.
- A portfolio of evidence of continuous professional development.
