Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Store Managers to develop and implement people strategies that drive business results and improve colleague engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the retail management team, providing strategic and consultative functional advice on people-related matters.
  • Coach and develop retail management teams to deliver high performance through colleagues who are engaged and developed.
  • Ensure governance of people policy, process, and practice, and adherence to regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements in store.
  • Role model Primark values and behaviours, creating an environment where we can deliver an amazing colleague and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven HR professional with experience in a comparable background.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a high colleague headcount.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and relationship-building skills, with a high level of commercial acumen.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to challenge, engage, and inspire at all levels.
