Senior Financial Crime Manager

Join Together and take on a challenging role as a Senior Financial Crime Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Financial Crime team and ensuring the effective implementation of financial crime prevention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Crime Prevention: Develop and implement processes to identify and prevent financial crime, including money laundering and terrorist financing.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the Financial Crime team, allocating workloads and ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure the team maintains comprehensive financial crime procedures and records, meeting business and regulatory requirements.
- Investigations: Conduct investigations into suspicious transactions and recommend courses of action to the DMLRO and MLRO.
- Experience: Significant experience in financial crime prevention, money laundering regulations, and fraud investigations.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial crime regulations, including the Money Laundering Regulations and FCA requirements.
- Skills: Ability to assess risks, evaluate impacts, and develop appropriate responses.
- Leadership: Previous experience in people management and leadership.
