Job Description

As a key member of the Together team, you will be responsible for the management of the Financial Crime department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the effective implementation of financial crime prevention and detection strategies, in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial crime and regulatory compliance, with experience in managing teams and implementing processes to prevent and detect financial crime. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing financial crime prevention and detection strategies, in collaboration with the Financial Crime team and other stakeholders.
  • Managing the Financial Crime team, including work allocation, quality assurance, and training and development.
  • Ensuring the effective implementation of financial crime policies and procedures, in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigating and reporting on financial crime incidents, in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as Risk and Compliance, to ensure a comprehensive approach to financial crime prevention and detection.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in financial crime and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in managing teams and implementing processes to prevent and detect financial crime.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial crime risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
