MRK Associates is a dynamic consultancy business that specializes in providing expert financial services to clients across the UK and internationally. As a leading player in the industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our finance team on a permanent basis.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Management Accountant with a minimum of 5 years' experience in producing monthly management accounts and financial reporting for multinational companies. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and excellent numeracy skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including financial reporting and analysis
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with organizational requirements
  • Prepare and verify gross margin reports, balance sheet account reconciliations, and other financial reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations and support business growth
  • Review and update internal financial procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Provide regular financial reports to the leadership team and business units
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with finance teams and other support functions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in management accounting and financial reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including PivotTables, VLookups, Index/Match, and data tables
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid manner and collaborate with the finance team
