Programme Finance and Operations Manager

Third Generation Environmentalism Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Programme Finance and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Programme Management Office, you will play a critical role in managing our financial relationships with funders and ensuring the smooth operation of our programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a programme finance dashboard to provide budget, monitoring, and control information for executive leadership.
  2. Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer and Programme Management Office to manage financial relationships with funders and end-to-end finance activities.
  3. Advise project leads on compliance with funder regulations and ensure timely reporting.
  4. Manage staff rate cards for funder billing and support the management of internal project finance systems.
  5. Handle external funder reporting and project audits, and manage funder cash receipt processes.
  6. Assist with statutory audits for project revenue recognition and conduct ad hoc financial analysis for strategic decisions.
  7. Act as CFO deputy when needed and oversee up to two Finance Assistants.
  8. Some European travel may be required.
