Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our finance team at My Finance Club LTD, a fast-growing business with an exciting roadmap ahead. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will oversee month-end close processes, manage accounts payable, and provide support on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of the monthly management accounts preparation process, conducting balance sheet reconciliations and revenue calculations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for review by the CFO.
• Own the Accounts Payable functions, ensuring efficient cash flow management and maintaining positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Run the monthly payroll and reporting process.
• Assist the CFO in performance analysis, business planning and forecasting, working closely with different areas of the business.
• Update financial models with actual data, enabling data-driven decision-making and accurate forecasting.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and finance.
• Experienced in using accounting software (Sage preferred).
• Intermediate-high skill level for Excel.
• Adaptable and detail-oriented, with a data-driven mindset to navigate evolving challenges.

My Finance Club LTD is an FCA regulated lender in the UK, with a Head Office based in central London and a Call Centre based in Sheffield. We are currently in progress with plans to transition into a challenger bank in 6-9 months and start issuing out debit cards.
