Care Home Deputy Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the management of our care home, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the provision of high-quality care to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home
* Oversee the care staff and ensure that they are providing the highest standard of care
* Assume full management responsibility in the absence of the Home Manager
* Work closely with the care team to develop and implement care plans
* Ensure that the care home is run in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations

**Requirements:**

* A strong background in care management
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
* A passion for delivering high-quality care
