Senior Recovery Worker

P4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Chorley, Lancashire.

About the Role

This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week at £13.50 per hour, plus £55 for sleep-ins. Shift patterns vary from 3 to 13 hours, including day shifts, waking nights, and sleep-ins, with rotas set 4 weeks in advance and adjusted as needed to balance the needs of individuals and ensure the correct total hours over four weeks.

About the Service

The house provides a supportive environment for adults living with Mental Health conditions, learning disabilities, and/or Autism. We are looking for a passionate Senior Support Worker who has experience working within a similar setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with all aspects of fulfilling their potential and maintaining their tenancy.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the service runs safely and effectively.
  • Help manage the recovery support workers and support with induction and mentoring.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of Mental Health conditions, Learning Disabilities, and/or Autism.
  • Supervisory and/or management experience.
  • Great team player who can flexibly respond to the changing needs of those who we support.
