Job Overview:

Card Factory is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Leader to join our successful team.

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and developing a team culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.

You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving their goals and leading the team to deliver exceptional service and great standards every day.
