We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Darwin Escapes. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our resort, owners, and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the security of the resort, including the protection of personnel, property, buildings, and accommodation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer out-of-hours phone calls and respond to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed to ensure the resort's facilities are in good working order.
- Patrol the resort's perimeter and ensure the security of all buildings at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a security role is highly desirable.
- A current SIA license is essential for this position.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to provide a high level of service to our guests.
- A valid driving license and the ability to drive are essential for this role, as you will be required to travel around the resort.
