Role Overview:
The Kitchen Operations Educator plays a crucial role in onboarding and training our culinary partners, ensuring they achieve optimal revenue and uphold the highest operational standards. This position is both dynamic and impactful, offering a rewarding experience as you help shape the success of our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Culinary Partners: Deliver comprehensive training on best practices for kitchen operations and brand launches, ensuring our partners maintain exceptional standards. You will guide them through our recipes, brand offerings, and the effective use of our order and delivery technology.
- Partner Launch Management: Take charge of the entire launch process for our partners, overseeing setup, training, and the successful go-live of their operations.
- Post-Launch Support: After the initial launch, you will conduct follow-up training sessions to address any performance gaps, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators, including maintaining a minimum operational rating.
