About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to join our team at RJS Resourcing Ltd. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing care operations across Camborne and Cornwall, ensuring high standards of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a care team to provide high-quality care services to vulnerable adults
  2. Develop and implement strategies for new projects, set deadlines, and create workflows
  3. Manage staff schedules, resources, and budgets to provide cost-effective care without compromising quality
  4. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and the Health and Social Care Act
  5. Maintain accurate records of all aspects of the service and keep senior management informed

Requirements:

  1. NVQ Level 3/4 Diploma in Health and Social Care (working towards Level 5 is a plus)
  2. Proven experience in a similar role within health and social care
  3. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  4. Solid knowledge of CQC standards and health and social care regulations
  5. Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
  6. Flexibility, empathy, and a commitment to going the extra mile when needed
  7. Administrative and IT skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities
  8. A full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role
  9. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK, provide references, and undergo a DBS check

What We Offer:

  1. Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
  2. Full-time position, Monday to Friday (office hours)
  3. On-call duties on a rota basis
  4. Opportunity for progression to Registered Manager
  5. Office-based role in Camborne
