Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Part-time HR Advisor to join our friendly HR team at Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement HR Policies: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Mediate employee disputes and handle grievance procedures in a fair and professional manner.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, minimizing risk and liability.
  • Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes, including performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Training and Development: Provide training on Employee Relations topics to staff and management, promoting a positive workplace environment.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of Employee Relations issues.
Requirements:
  • Certification: CIPD level 3
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on Employee Relations
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
