Team Composition
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes Physician Associates, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Care Coordinators, and various allied health professionals, all working collaboratively to enhance patient care.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential qualifications include:
- A Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent.
- Postgraduate training or experience in a relevant specialty.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
