Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimise sales order processing activities to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and support a team of 5, including the credit control team, to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team leadership and customer service
  • Strong knowledge of exports and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
