Team Leader Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our dynamic engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of production equipment, quickly reacting to breakdowns to minimize downtime, performing equipment repairs and preventative maintenance, leading factory start-up and testing processes, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and legislation
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Awareness and understanding of statutory requirements and legislation
  • Experience in repairing and maintaining machinery in a controlled environment
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
