Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and lead on specific service areas, driving innovation and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Clinical Expertise

    • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

  • Qualifications
    • Qualified in specialty (Neonatal Nursing)
    • Mentorship or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 2 years of experience in a Band 5 role
