Key Responsibilities
- Manage both incoming and outgoing communications across the UK
- Enhance technician efficiency by organizing their schedules and ensuring they have the necessary resources
- Optimize the use of our resources, including subcontractors, to reduce delays
- Coordinate the timely delivery of materials for customer appointments, collaborating with suppliers to meet expectations
- Support field operations by providing engineers with job details, processing payments for additional services, and scheduling follow-up visits
