About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

As a nurse in our care home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
