Job Title: DevOps Tech Lead

Version 1 Group is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Tech Lead to join our team. As a DevOps Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical development teams across different customer accounts, taking ownership of deliverables, and ensuring the technical quality of the team's output.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, estimate, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions based on established patterns and best practices.
  • Liaise directly with customers to gather and refine requirements.
  • Assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform and provide technical advice to team members.
  • Deliver a variety of projects using the core range of solutions within the Power Platform, covering model, canvas, and power pages applications.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated 5+ years of project experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Non-Functional Requirements.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • 5+ years of server-side development experience preferably using C#/.Net/.Net Core.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior team members.
  • Experience using REST APIs and implementing and using other data stores (SQL/SharePoint/Lists).
  • Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Power Platform solutions and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking.
