In this role, you will be part of a compact yet elite kitchen team, committed to delivering consistently outstanding culinary standards. If you are passionate about working in a dynamic independent establishment that values exceptional cuisine, this opportunity is tailored for you.Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting, cooking, and presenting dishes within your area of expertise.
- Preparing and cooking fresh, locally sourced ingredients for both restaurant service and events.
- Managing inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Overseeing and mentoring junior chefs in the kitchen.
- Currently employed as a Sous Chef in a fresh food setting with at least 12 months of experience.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent culinary qualification.
