Job Title: National Account Manager


About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential business ventures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Track progress towards account targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed them.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development and execution of advertising campaigns.


Requirements:


  • 3-4 years' experience in a sales position, with a successful history of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of sales metrics and the ability to analyse sales data to make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Creativity in developing innovative sales strategies and approaches.
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
