As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Supporting individuals to develop life skills and independence
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of person-centered support and positive behavior support
  • DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo)
