Role Overview

As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the execution of our construction strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Facilitating kick-off meetings and preparing essential pre-commencement documentation, including Method Statements, Environmental and Quality Plans, and Construction Programmes.
  • Overseeing the site engineering team, ensuring optimal performance and professional development of Site and Section Engineers.
  • Coordinating construction operations to ensure compliance with contract specifications and maintaining the highest standards of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ).

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will also include:

  • Assisting in the creation of project programmes and progress reports.
  • Managing resource allocation and cost planning, contributing to financial forecasting and site measurement.
  • Conducting material reconciliations and implementing effective cost control measures.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid CSCS card (one of the following: Black, White, White/Yellow, Yellow, or Red).
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in Site Engineering activities, coupled with strong construction supervision skills.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
