Job Title: Specialist Doctor in Sexual and Reproductive Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Doctor to join our team at Highland Sexual Health. As a Specialist Doctor, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive sexual and reproductive health services to the population of North Highland.

About the Role:
  • Provide specialist care for patients with complex sexual and reproductive health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of education and training programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Highland Sexual Health is a comprehensive service that provides a range of sexual and reproductive health services, including STI management, contraception, and HIV medicine. We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes for the population of North Highland.

Requirements:
  • Be fully registered with the GMC and have at least 10 years of clinical experience post-registration.
  • Have significant experience in sexual and reproductive health and an interest in career development.
  • Hold the Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Health (DFSRH) and be a FSRH registered trainer.
  • Have the Letters of Competence in Intrauterine Techniques (LoC IUT) and Subdermal Implants (LoC SDI).
