Business Analyst Role at Rocking Zebra

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Analyst to join our global B2C organization based in the UK. With potential for some hybrid working, this role is ideal for someone who excels in gathering and documenting business requirements and enjoys driving change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and align requirements with business goals.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze and map current processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Maintain data mapping and develop a comprehensive Data Dictionary.
  • Process Support: Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps adoption, and hybrid SDLC definition, leveraging ITIL, TOGAF, and SWOT analysis.
  • Process Definition: Play a role in defining a hybrid SDLC that is appropriate and achievable.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Create clear documentation, facilitate meetings, and collaborate with development and test teams to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Analytical Support: Conduct gap and impact analyses, support business cases, and feasibility studies.
  • Documentation Management: Develop and maintain documentation standards and ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on requirements gathering and process documentation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and process mapping tools.
  • Certifications: CBAP or CCBA preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
