Job Summary:

BWF Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our Private Client Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a full and varied caseload of private client work, including:

  • Wills and Probate
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection
  • Tax and Trust Matters

You will work closely with our clients to deliver high-quality client care and provide expert advice on a range of private client matters. If you have a passion for private client law and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful law firm that is expanding due to its success and repeat business. Our Private Client Team is known for its strong reputation across the region, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us continue to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full and varied caseload of private client work
  • Provide expert advice on Wills, Probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, and Tax and Trust Matters
  • Work closely with clients to deliver high-quality client care
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Private Client Team

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in private client law
  • Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, and Tax and Trust Matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional results and high-quality client care
