Overview of the Role
The position of a Property Maintenance Specialist is essential in ensuring that the shared spaces of our properties, vacant homes, and outdoor areas in Bath exemplify our commitment to providing excellent living environments for our clients.
This role involves collaboration within a small team, typically working from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 37 hours each week.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Regular upkeep of communal areas to guarantee they are kept in a sanitary, tidy, and welcoming state. Management of waste disposal, including emptying litter bins and clearing any illegally dumped materials and organic debris (such as weeds and fallen leaves). Performing basic maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and fixing locks. Identifying and reporting necessary repairs. About You
The role of Property Maintenance Specialist presents a remarkable opportunity for an individual to join a vibrant and expanding organization like Curo at an entry-level position, where a fulfilling long-term career can be established. This position is ideal for someone capable of delivering high-quality cleaning services and performing basic maintenance tasks, preferably in a customer-oriented setting. Candidates must hold a full, clean driving license as driving one of our vehicles will be necessary.
