About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Community Team in North Kent. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social care services to adults with a range of care and support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Care Act Assessments and Mental Capacity Act (MCA) Assessments
  • Undertake Court of Protection applications and s42 safeguarding enquiries
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and carers to achieve desired outcomes
