Care and Support Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care and Support Worker. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with their medication and provide general care and companionship
  • Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is resilient, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a close-knit team. You don't need any prior social care experience, but you must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in caring for others.
