**Your Role**
As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital part in delivering our aim of providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing personal care, such as washing and dressing, with compassion and respect
* Assisting with meals and ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met
* Completing daily care plans to ensure residents' needs are met
* Supporting residents with mobility and daily living tasks
