Main Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Lead Nurse, providing high-quality care to our patients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Paediatric nursing and be able to work flexibly across Monday to Sunday.

Key Duties:
  • Provide ongoing support and supervision to staff, ensuring they have the skills to confidently manage clinical interventions.
  • Deliver clinical training and identify training needs to ensure staff are up-to-date with best practice guidelines.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and attend key meetings as required.
  • Complete risk assessments and care plan reviews to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Essential Requirements:
  • Current NMC PIN and Paediatric Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Driver with access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexibly across Monday to Sunday.
Desirable Experience:
  • Ventilation Management.
  • Bowel Management.
  • Cough Assist.

This role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975, and a submission for Disclosure will be required to check for any previous criminal convictions.
