We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team based in Bath. As a Paraplanning Professional, you will provide full paraplanning support to a group of advisors, assisting them with technical queries and meeting with financial planners to share meaningful content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to a team of financial planners, including paraplanning, research, and analysis.
  • Assist advisors with technical queries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Meet with financial planners to discuss and share meaningful content, driving business growth.
  • Produce high-quality client reports, suitability reports, and other technical documents.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and provider changes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct technical research and analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Paraplanner, with a strong technical background.
  • Experience in analyzing clients' aims and constructing solutions, with a focus on delivering client satisfaction.
  • Ability to provide support and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering client solutions and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritizing tasks and meeting client expectations.
