Navartis is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join their team. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's safety, health, and environmental management systems are in place and effective.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, manage, and implement safety, health, and environmental management systems in line with legislative requirements and best practices.
- Assist in the development of content for HSE training and awareness programs.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company, client, and legislative requirements.
- Investigate and record close calls, near misses, and other incidents.
- Manage key HSE data to enable trend analysis and develop systems to respond to identified trends.
- Develop Occupational Health and Wellbeing campaigns to increase awareness within the business.
- Provide health and safety input into tenders and pre-qualifications.
- Cooperate fully with IOSH and abide by its Charter, Byelaws, and Regulations.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Civils/Construction project experience.
- Main Contractor experience would be an advantage.
- Minimum NEBOSH qualification.
- Full driving license required for site visits.
Basic Salary £45-55k depending on experience.
Car/car allowance.
