Job Title: FLT Reach Driver

We are seeking a skilled FLT Reach Driver to join our team at The Best Connection. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for operating a Reach truck efficiently and safely, while maintaining precise handling of stock and executing tasks in other areas of the warehouse as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate FLT Reach truck safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate stock handling and demonstrate warehouse experience.
  • Execute tasks in other areas of the warehouse as needed, with relevant training provided.
  • Demonstrate politeness, willingness, and proactive engagement in daily tasks.
  • Exhibit good organisational skills and the ability to work to targets.
  • Effectively communicate at all levels, keeping the line manager informed of relevant matters or issues.
Requirements:
  • Valid Reach license (UK).
  • Previous Reach truck and Warehouse experience.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in stock handling.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and willing attitude.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to undertake manual handling activities.
