About the Role
As a Lead Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing collaborative projects that contribute to groundbreaking scientific advancements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a diverse team of scientists and engineers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Utilize both waterfall and agile methodologies to manage project lifecycles effectively.
- Ensure rigorous planning and informed decision-making processes are in place.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that translate complex scientific requirements into actionable tasks.
- Foster collaboration among various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to formal management practices.

About You
You are an experienced project manager with a background in collaborative environments, particularly in scientific or technical fields. Your leadership skills and commitment to continuous improvement will be essential in driving project success.

Essential Criteria
- Project management qualification equivalent to APM PMQ or higher.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a STEM discipline.
- Proven experience in leading projects through their full lifecycle in a collaborative setting.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to project management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
