Support Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Support Analyst to join our team at Wonkhe Ltd. As a key member of our agile development team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to our users.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Research Excellence Framework (REF) project, supporting the administration of the exercise and the submission of research data from participating higher education institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with users to resolve complex queries and errors, investigating and reporting any REF system-related issues.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of effective and efficient REF systems, reviewing user guidance documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and analysis of contact data to drive improvement and increase service standards.
  • Provide support to other areas within the REF team and contribute to meetings for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in a support environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in information technology (IT) and a good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to work flexibly in a small team, demonstrating good teamwork and support for other team members.
  • Strong documentation skills, with a general understanding of application areas such as front-end, back-end, database, etc.
