As a Senior Residential Childcare Practitioner, you will collaborate closely with the Registered Manager and a committed team of professionals to prioritize the welfare of the children. Your responsibilities will encompass shift management, leadership duties, and a strong emphasis on providing outstanding care.

Who We Are Looking For:

We seek candidates with experience in leading teams in Residential Children's Homes, a genuine desire to impact young lives positively, and a dedication to high standards. Experience with youth who have experienced trauma is advantageous.

Key Duties:

  • Ensure compliance with the Statement of Purpose
  • Model a person-centered approach in all interactions
  • Supervise daily operations and manage staff effectively
  • Facilitate staff development and uphold a safe, compliant environment

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • L3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce or an equivalent qualification
  • Proven leadership experience in a comparable environment
  • Experience in successful Ofsted-registered EBD children's homes
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
