The Role: Client Advisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Advisor to join our Advisory team. The successful applicant will manage their own portfolio of clients, working closely with Account Executives and the wider servicing team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a range of commercial insurance policies, with a client book that includes Transportation & Logistics clients.
  • Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross selling additional products, and handling any additional queries and services presented.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues across the organization.

We Will Rely On You To

  • Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Manage all day-to-day queries, new business, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
  • Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards to better serve clients.

What You Need To Have

  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry, although not required, Cert CII qualified.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
