About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Nashrock Insurance Recruitment. As an Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in administering renewals and midterm adjustments, as well as dealing with new business enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and support your team both internally and externally to clients
- Work on your own initiative to identify account and client needs
- Maximise client retention levels
- Build client relationships and confidentially manage the day-to-day handling of accounts
- Attend client visits
- Provide cradle-to-grave support
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience in insurance, preferably in property owners, commercial, real estate, or construction
- Forward-thinking and able to work on your own initiative
- First-class communication and interpersonal skills
